For those of you who know me, or have read my profile, you'll know that my journey began with food, and somehow led me to quitting my job, my relationship and selling my home to follow my heart and live a life of Truth, passion, happiness and peace.
It started when a dear friend gave me the autobiography of Lester Levenson - which touched something so core in me, my whole body lit up just from reading his words. It was as if a part of me knew that everything he was saying was true. Here was a man who lived his life PURELY by his thought. We've all heard of the Law of Attraction, but he was able to still his thoughts to such a degree that no matter what he thought of, it would happen, and it would happen very quickly. Not only that, he spent the rest of his life showing others how they could do it too. I have since spent the last year and half learning from my own experience on how I might achieve the same, and have never been so happy or full. I guess that's why I find myself on day 5 of a juice feast, with not an inkling of a craving or deprivation.
Since Lester, I have learned from many teachers, and am now set to embark on a journey to meet and learn from one more. His name is Mooji, and he has graciously invited us to join him in India for a 10-day silent retreat. I leave on Sunday.
